American Tire & Auto Care

Excellent experience and service from the first call through pick up of the vehicle. Very kind, professional and timely. I’ve replaced my tires with American Tire previously and they were great then (5 years ago) and today after picking up a nail with my tire they were perhaps even better. Expedient service, clear communication and fair pricing. I would highly recommend!

This is my 2nd visit with another truck and the service just keep getting better. This place is very busy but you still get out fast, it’s like ordering $200 worth of Chinese food and they say ok 10 minutes lol. But the staff is very friendly and helpful and the technicians are very knowledgeable and skilled.

I have just purchased a BMW M5. The tire pressure light came on I tried to put air in it and realize the tire was blown. I pulled into American Tire. I spoke with Dave told him my issues and that I had to catch a flight out in a few hours. He asked the pertinent questions told me he would get me in an hour. He got me an even faster they had the tire and stock got me in and out in less than 2 hours. The level of professionalism was amazing. Pricing was right on and honestly Dave and his crew couldn't have been more welcoming and professional. Even though it's 30 minutes away from me that's going to be my new spot for Wheels tires and work. Especially because of the actual kindness of the staff they really cared about what was happening with me that I had to get out and I had to get back to catch a flight. So five stars for me and you know that's tough to get for my reviews.

I highly recommend this place! I was referred here by a friend, and I’m so glad I came. My friend had engine issues, and they took the time to inspect her car at no cost and helped identify the problem, even though they didn’t end up doing any repairs. That level of honesty and customer service is hard to find. When I brought my car in, I was having A/C problems and a faulty turn signal. Most shops would have charged me for both the part and the labor to fix the turn signal, but these guys were incredibly kind and only charged me for the replacement part. As for my A/C, they repaired it for about $400, and now it blows ice-cold air. The whole experience was positive from start to finish. They were honest, fair, and genuinely helpful. I will definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family! If I had any negative feedback it would be that they take a while. So just plan on dropping off your car. But for me that was totally worth it.

I had a great experience at American Tire & Auto Care. I came in without an appointment, and they were welcoming from the start. They clearly explained what work would be done on my car and the associated cost. The wait time was reasonable, and they even have a comfortable waiting room with beverages and popcorn, which was a nice touch. 🍿 At the end, I asked them to check my tire pressure multiple times because I wasn’t sure it was right, and they were extremely patient and accommodating. 🛞 Throughout the visit, the staff was polite, professional, and genuinely focused on doing a great job. Highly recommend! 👌
